The Hamiltonstövare is a hunting hound.  Hunting in Sweden is very different to what we can do here in the UK but is essential that the breed retains its abilities as a hunting hound.  We are very proud that my guys are able to test their abilities and prove their worth.  We have had a lot of help from friends in Sweden advising how best to train and teach our hounds.
