Meet the rest of the family

Life at New Farm is never complete without a rottweiler, after we sadly lost Freddie, Ronnie joined us.  He came to us as a puppy from Rottweiler Welfare.  They do an amazing job, you can find their website on our links page.

He is a fabulous dog, with the best nature, always hanging over the farm gate watching the world go by..

Everybody in the morning likes to come & help me feed the peacocks and chickens.

Peacock eggs are delicious and the puppies seem to thrive on them

Stupid, a Buff Orpington cockerel & his harem keep us supplied with fresh eggs. His girls are a mixture of Speckledys, which lay big dark brown eggs, and Cream Legbars, which lay beautiful blue eggs!

Corky, our parrot is great at calling all the guys in from the garden, he knows all their names!

And of course..the cats, Spider, who has used up about 8 and 1/2 of his lives, and Jeremy the new kitten.  Both the guys were feral cats who have been tamed & now spend their evenings asleep in front of the fire.

And the horse!!
